We salute this railway track engineer who thought putting a power line tower in the middle of a train track was a good idea. Now it is the battle of tower vs. train. We really want to know how this one played out.

The goldmine for awkward situations is at the urinal. Every man out there can tell you how uncomfortable it is to stand there and relieve oneself while someone is standing close to you.
After researching for almost two years, we have concluded that the only explanation for this bizarre design is that it must belong to a couple or best friends who like holding hands while urinating.
6. An ATM For A Child
This ATM might be for disabled and short people, or someone thought that this could prevent people from getting robbed.
There are no instructions on how to use this ATM. You can either sit down as the person in this photo or kneel, but the second option might hurt your knees.
7. Mind The Drop
Regardless of the age, it can be exciting to think about going to a park and go down the slide. Even as adults, we cannot stop the temptation of taking a slide and screaming "WOOHOOO." However, we would recommend not taking this slide.
Do you have the courage to take this slide and drop into a dark place filled with dragons and demons? We can just hope that the construction workers are not some evil human beings and actually have a plan for the hole.
8. Someone Must Have Been Sleeping During This Job
Hey, what's the point? It doesn't make sense at all. Why is there a beautiful balcony without access to it? Meanwhile, the other one is about to fall apart.
Maybe the tenants were told they were going to get two balconies for the price of one, and they thought they got a great deal until they saw the final product.

This engineering accident highlights the importance of taking paying attention while studying structural engineering. It probably happened due to the failure of the reinforced concrete capping beam.
We can only hope that no one tried to do some death-defying stunts on the bridge when this happened.

You may think that someone did a good job here, but all we can see is a situation that is beyond repair. This construction fail is horrible because thinking that sawing a chunk of the door would be a good idea is unacceptable. After all, having a hole kind of defeats the purpose of the door in the first place.
However, you have to give some credit to this person for amusing and bemusing us with their ingenuity.
11. Why Wash Your Hands When You Can Take A Bath At The Same Time?
Imagine the agony of the homeowners who always have to take a mini bath whenever they try to wash their hands. Legend has it that no one in that home has ever washed just their hands.
They probably spend most of the time drying wet clothes. Honestly, this photo breaks our hearts. We have no idea what the construction team was thinking before they created this horrifying masterpiece.
12. Reach For The Stars
Did Shaquille O'Neal convince the construction crew to put the ATMs up there? Or maybe LeBron James joined him as well?
Most of us would not be able to reach the bottom of these ATMs, let alone withdraw money from them. Our guess is that these ATMs are located in the neighborhood where a lot of NBA stars live.
13. The Support That Was Not Required
We can understand that short-term solutions are sometimes effective, but they are not long-lasting. The stack of bricks under the bridge shows that someone was not concerned about the safety of others.
Maybe they thought bricks are safe and reliable. Did the construction team get an award or pay raise after this job?
14. It is Not a Drill
It is no hidden fact that the military subjects soldiers to new and enhanced drills to ensure they are always ready and prepared for any eventuality. You might think that they would have to jump off buildings, train in the jungle, or ski down a mountain.
However, we have a strong feeling that the most challenging drill for these soldiers was when they had to create a plan on how to get from the ground to the door.
15. That's A Bit Too Close for Comfort
Who does not like going to the bathroom and using their phones while relieving themselves? Honestly, this is just too much for us. Whoever thought this would be a good construction move should go back to construction school because it is just horrible.
After all, how would a person fit in such a tiny cubicle? Most of us would just give up and do their business somewhere else.

Whoever built this masterpiece should be given some sort of an award. We have so many questions to ask. What's behind the door, considering no one can open it. And even if it opens, do they have to jump from the ledge over the railing every single time?
We have more questions to ask, like what if they come back home one late night and stumble? That person should start looking for another apartment because it is not safe.
17. Saving Space Where It Matters The Most
Maybe the intelligent mind behind this construction fail is a big fan of Harry Potter's Platform 9¾. Unless these stairs also start moving like the ones in Hogwarts, we don't really see much use for them in our world.
We can only come up with one use of this seemingly futile set of stairs: it can be a parkour paradise.

Those days are gone when you could easily go from one platform to another at the railway station. Now, going from one platform to another could result in serious injuries or even death.
You should only try to use this overpass if you can easily pull off stunts like in the movie Mission Impossible. But who are we kidding here, right? We are no Tom Cruise. So, it would be best to miss the train and go home.
20. "Some People Just Want To Watch The World Burn"
This is so disturbing that we recommend you scroll down or burn your phone/laptop. This construction fail shows that the world is full of evil people who deliberately want others to suffer.
Imagine the agony of the person sitting on the toilet and have to walk over to the toilet paper roll. Unless you have stretchable arms, this toilet is not for you.
21. Watch Out For The Tree
This construction fail makes you wonder whose fault it was? Do we blame the architect, the surveyors, or the construction team?
Maybe the architect is a nature conservationist. Hey, we are all for conserving trees, but this seems very dangerous.
22. That Escalated Quickly
Instead of using an escalator, why not climb some stairs first. Climbing stairs strengthens muscles, bones, and joints. Maybe that’s why someone decided to put stairs in front of the escalator.

We really hope that drivers understood the word and stopped! In our opinion, this one is actually a pretty dangerous mistake.

We know that sitting for too long is bad for your health, but it seems like someone did not want people to sit for too long. In the second photo, someone did not want people to sit at all.
We do not know why they didn't put the benches in a better position, but we know for sure that someone was really bad at their job.

The cyclists must think, “Are we a joke to you?” We are dead sure by now that someone has a grudge against the cyclists and is trying to get rid of them one by one.
Someone is trying to make the bike riders take another route or start walking like normal people.
28. How Many Manholes Does One Street Need?
When you see a staggering number of manholes on one road, you have to ask yourself, “Is it even necessary?” Whoever did this job just wanted to get it over with as soon as possible.
We are not underestimating the intricacies of the complex sewage system, but then again, people believe what they see.
29. You Shall Not Pass! Oh Never Mind
We have had many sleepless nights thinking about the use of this gate. Honestly, this gate is pointless.
It's as if they didn't even try to protect the park and could care less about the safety of the people inside.
30. A Window of Missed Opportunity
It seems like the architects behind this construction job wanted to have some fun. After all, why would all the windows be perfectly straight except a titled one? It doesn't make any sense.
As if that wasn't enough, why on earth would someone put a door so high that no one can reach it. We're pretty sure that the tallest man in the world does not live here, and even he couldn't reach that.

This high school did not know where to build the security gates. The construction team wanted to complete the project regardless of whether it was on the school’s soccer field.
Now that the corner kick is out of the equation, one wonders if they started kicking the ball over the gate or not.

You may have thought that it is a pretty standard bathroom, but then you start noticing that something looks oddly out of place. The soap dispenser is oddly installed specifically for taller people, so they don't have to bend down. How considerate is that, right? Just when you think nothing good is happening in the world, you see something so beautiful.
We have one question that is really bugging us. Why just the soap? Why not the sink or a towel dispenser? After all, tall people have to use them too.
34. Just Like The Drawing
The constructor said, "there you go...delivered as requested." They failed to consider basic factors and created a big mess with the tightest turn in the history of stairways.
We bet that even the skinniest person in the world would find it challenging to make their way around that bend.

It seems like the tree wants the garage owner to ditch their car somewhere else because it is never going to let someone park their car in the garage.
We don't blame the tree because someone didn't know that trees do not move when we tell them. Someone was under the impression that the tree would humbly move a little bit whenever they wanted to park their car in their garage.

If you want to explore downtown Wabash, Indiana, don't use this door, or else you will be exploring the hospital.
We are reasonable people, and that is why we give this architect the benefit of the doubt because maybe they had some use for this ridiculously placed door. Perhaps it is a piece of artistic expression, but we cannot say that for sure.
37. The Best Curtains Ever
Curtains are like dresses of windows. For example, this curtain (made of bricks) is so beautiful. Maybe Count Dracula lives in the attic.
We want to know if it was an intentional or accidental mistake. Let's just assume that someone wants to live in absolute darkness.
38. Safety is Overrated
Does this stairway lead into a mysterious realm? Is it a portal to another dimension? Or maybe someone does not believe in safety.
Does this flight of stairs move magically like in Harry Potter? However, popular opinion is that it is just a ridiculously placed set of stairs.
39. Some Would Say This Toilet Fits Perfectly!
If you are claustrophobic, please keep scrolling; It's for your own safety. This toilet must be violating some health and safety regulations.
Imagine a tall guy who desperately needs to relieve himself uses this toilet. In an urgent situation, you can use it only for a number one situation.
40. Wow, What A View!
The landlord must have said, "There is a minor light disturbance, but you will hardly notice it." At least the people living there can look out of 70% of the window.
By the way, who needs natural light, right? One can assume that only a vampire tenant would somewhat prefer living in this apartment.

We can understand that space-saving is important, but that does not mean that you have to sit on the edge of the toilet seat while relieving yourself. Even thinking about it is making us feel uncomfortable.
Maybe someone is telling us that we have been doing business on the toilet incorrectly our entire lives.
42. The Deadliest Emergency Exit Ever
Sometimes, life does not go as planned, like these stairs that lead to a wall. Although doors are helpful in entering or exiting an apartment, they should not be used if you live in this building.
If the spiral stairs were connected to each door, we'd say that it was a useful emergency exit. Overall, it is a complete mess.
43. A Recipe for Disaster
How many of you have heard the joke, "Why did the chicken cross the road?" Well, the answer is "to get to the other side." After seeing these photos, we are pretty sure the chicken never crossed the road as it was killed by an oncoming vehicle.
It seems like someone was not taking their job seriously. This construction fail is a hazard and looks silly.
44. A Parkour Heaven
What is the point of these stairs when a steel fence is placed to ensure no one can use them properly?
Only parkour fans can approve these stairs. Perhaps some gymnasts would give it a shot. However, others should avoid it as they might break their necks or front teeth.

The failed construction design reminds us of those simple days when doors were not this difficult to access.
Our advice to whoever lives in this house is to not walk straight out of the front door. This is real life and not a game. So, there are no extra lives to use.

Does it make sense to use this door as a fire exit if even a ladder cannot help you access it? You'd have way more success winning a lottery of $10 million than being able to access this futile "exit."
We hope now it is pretty obvious that this fire exit won't be able to save anyone in case of an accident. Hopefully, that day never comes.

You may have seen many door fails, but we think that this one takes the cake. From afar, you may think that this door serves a good purpose. However, when you take a closer look, you realize that someone just wanted to have some fun.
Imagine if something bad happens and people run towards this door. Guess who will be laughing then.

Although humans have been trained to follow the paths, we think it would be best not to follow this particular path. Someone wanted to challenge the rules of society, and we have mad respect for them.
By the way, this delightful gate has stopped hundreds of people from entering the park. Maybe the contractor was having an awful day and decided to take their frustration out on the innocent gate of the park. Or maybe they just got their measurements wrong.
49. Size Does Matter... Sometimes
Instead of saying that this is a construction fail, please try to appreciate the effort. The barrier might be doing a good job of stopping people from entering the parking lot.
We have a feeling that whoever installed this barrier wants people to know that even something small can do a good job.

Why on earth was the tree there in the first place? The arrows remind us of a man who got arrested for putting fake arrow decals on the floor in IKEA and created a labyrinth with no exit at all. He is a true legend.

We don't know who came up with this idea and went through with it. You have to admit that it takes real courage to implement something so stupid. Who in their right mind uses a railing as a form of security?
Are they expecting it to disappear whenever someone tries to enter through the door? There are so many questions to ask and not enough answers.

We are so impressed that someone took their love for trains to the next level with a balcony that is more than their pride and joy. While you enjoy sitting on the balcony and watching the sun go down, the person who lives here enjoys sitting on the balcony to see the trains come and go.
We'd love to believe that the person never had to reconstruct the balcony again and again due to the trains destroying it every day.
